• Matthew Tant - President

  As President of HCTec, Mr. Tant leads the strategic development of the company, as well as the growth of its customer base and partnership network.  With multiple years of experience in the healthcare industry, he has amassed high visibility and important contacts that benefit clients.  Prior to his role at HCTec, he served as vice president of business development at HCCA International, a global staffing and consulting company for the healthcare industry. Mr. Tant holds a Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University.

• William Bartholomew - Vice President of Business Development

  As Vice President of Business development of HCTec, Mr. Bartholomew oversees the growth of its domestic customer base and strategic partnership base, as well as the strategic development of the company. Prior to his joining HCTec, Mr. Bartholomew served as the Director of Business Development for D1 Sports Holdings, LLC, a Fitness, Therapy, and Wellness company where he worked extensively with Orthopedic Groups across the country. Mr. Bartholomew also has experience in International Real Estate Development working with the Greatwater Fund, LP based in Denver, Colorado. Mr. Bartholomew holds a Bachelor of Arts from Rhodes College. 

• Aaron Baker - Director of Recruiting

  As Director of Recruiting of HCTec, Mr. Baker leads the recruiting efforts of the company, as well as developing and leading a national recruiting team. With multiple years of experience in the healthcare and IT industry, he has amassed experience within workforce management, strategic staffing and talent acquisition in both the IT and Healthcare sectors. Prior to his role at HCTec, he has served as a Senior Recruiter and Recruiting Manager at a global staffing and consulting company for the healthcare and IT industry. Mr. Baker holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Management from Gardner-Webb University.
